How To Experience More With Less!

Well, we did it. We downsized our lives to fit into our pop-up camper. It was an emotional road, but we got thru it. The funny thing is their is less stress with less stuff. I believe in part  it is because their is less choices. For instance if you only have two pairs of shoes, the choice is one or the other. On the other hand if you have forty pairs of shoes, and( I know some women who have that many) it may take awhile to decide which pair to wear.

My point is now that we have downsized and have been living full time in our pop up camper we have more time. That is in part to having less time spent on making decisions. We have more time to enjoy the sunsets. More time to enjoy the sunrise. More time to enjoy Nature and more time to enjoy life.

Pop-Up Campers VS Travel Trailers

We are often asked if we will upgrade to a travel trailer. Or why we choose a pop-up camper for our adventure. The answer for us is pretty simplistic, to get closer to nature. The pop-up camper gives you much the same experience as tent camping would. It is however more convenient, most have a small kitchen sink, stove and refrigerator. They have a dinning area and your not sleeping on the ground. Travel trailers on the other hand are like tiny houses on wheels. I believe for us it would be to comfortable. I believe we would spend too much time in the comfort of a travel trailer and less time exploring nature. Not to say that as we age more we wouldn't get something more comfortable. I am going to say that at this time in our life the pop-up is the perfect choice for our adventure. It gives us all the comforts we need. We can fit her in tiny spots that would be difficult to fit a trailer. She is easy to tow, we can see all around her when on the road. Most of all she is home!
