Our First Night In The Pop Up.

Just thinking back of the beginning of our pop-up life. We started our adventure about 4 months ago. Our very first night we spent in the pop-up it rained. The sound of the rain on the roof was so awesome.. I believe at that very moment , I knew this life was going to be perfect for us in this time of our life.

Our First Camping Trip Before Full Timing

When we decided we wanted to try to full time in our pop-up camper everyone we knew thought we lost our minds. We on the other hand, thought it would be adventurous. We didn't know of anyone who had ever attempted this, but we were sure it was doable. So we started taking camping trips to get the feel for what we would need to full time. Pop-Up Campers VS Travel Trailers

We are often asked if we will upgrade to a travel trailer. Or why we choose a pop-up camper for our adventure. The answer for us is pretty simplistic, to get closer to nature. The pop-up camper gives you much the same experience as tent camping would. It is however more convenient, most have a small kitchen sink, stove and refrigerator. They have a dinning area and your not sleeping on the ground. Travel trailers on the other hand are like tiny houses on wheels. I believe for us it would be to comfortable. I believe we would spend too much time in the comfort of a travel trailer and less time exploring nature. Not to say that as we age more we wouldn't get something more comfortable. I am going to say that at this time in our life the pop-up is the perfect choice for our adventure. It gives us all the comforts we need. We can fit her in tiny spots that would be difficult to fit a trailer. She is easy to tow, we can see all around her when on the road. Most of all she is home!...
